Refunds & Returns

Overview

At Woden Mead, we take pride in our craft and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition, including all packaging. Returns must be authorised before being sent back โ€” please contact us at returns@wodenmead.co.uk to arrange this. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

You must also provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation).

In certain cases, only a partial refund may be granted:

  • If the item is not in its original condition, has been opened, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • If the return is requested more than 30 days after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.

If you have not received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider โ€” refunds may take time to process.
  3. Contact your bank โ€” some institutions have processing delays.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
